The location here is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, also, my room is spacious and includes smoke detectors for safety.

The room was good sized and offered terry cloth bathrobes, shower caps, and towels, so that guests had essentials. Got the view of garden.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decor and comfortable common areas. It was easy to navigate and accessible for senior people like myself. I especially enjoyed the elegant lounge where I could relax and chat with other guests.

It would have been even better if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The location of this hotel was great, as it was close to bus stops, bars, restaurants, a grocery store. It made it convenient for us to explore the area and find everything we needed. The rooms were also a pleasant surprise - they were large and very nice, providing us with a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided good service. We also enjoyed the basic amenities offered, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was evident.

The rooms at Hotel Balneario De Compostela are really cool with AC! They have a big TV and the bathroom has nice free toiletries. So comfy!

I personally didn't like the fact that all the rooms have a private bathroom with a bath.

I always stay here. At my first stay, staff helped with a cold drink. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, fitness center, laundry, TV. Coming back for trip, no regrets.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The spa was a highlight of our stay, with a range of pools and bubble features. The breakfast was fantastic and staff were friendly. The location was ideal, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and well-stocked bathrooms in our room.

The hotel seems to have issues with air conditioning. We experienced some discomfort at night due to the heat and humidity, and it was frustrating that the A/C seemed to be inconsistently used.

The hotel is located conveniently near shops, bars and public transportation. Rooms are cozy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. the bathroom was satisfactory with enough towels. the staff provides efficient service although there is lack of customer-centricity in the spa.

The management seems unsympathetic to complaints or concerns regarding air conditioning.
